One Health is an integrated, unifying approach that aims to sustainably balance and optimise the health of people, animals and ecosystems. The awareness that animal health and the environment influence human health is rather recent, but that concept actually has been known for much longer. Many organisations, associations, movements and initiatives have embraced the One Health approach and are contributing to the implementation and operationalisation of One Health with the aim to protect the health of all. Some examples of different types of organisations like associations, conference, government body, academic, NGO, international organisations, private sector and community/general public, are given in the manuscript. Also, organisation of One Health activities in Serbia during the period of the last several years are described.en_US
